Inception (Nope, not the film)

I still remember the day this blog came into inception. September 20^th, 2010. It was a gift from a friend actually; and come to think of it, this was the perfect gift. I love movies. I love writing. What better way to fuse the two together than by writing about movies you love? What’s even cooler is the thoughtful name – Movies Deciphered. MD – my initials! I definitely wouldn't have thought of this on my own. So anyway, it’s been there ever since, but that’s about it. Technically, inception wouldn’t even be the right word for back then, as today is finally when the blog is coming to life.

Anyway, back to the back-story. It’s been 3 years since, and whilst tons of movies have been watched & mentally deciphered, not a single one has made it to the blog. Every time I’ve watched a film that I’ve loved or absolutely detested, I’ve always made a mental note of kick starting my blog with that film. Sadly, that mental note, once made, is pushed right at the back of my brain, with million other such notes.

Today, however, something changed. I saw a film that inspired me to finally review & decipher. Why, you ask? I’m not sure myself. I’m hoping penning my thoughts down will bring me & you one step closer to answering the question… so read on!
